  • Organize and maintain case files and supporting documentation
  • Assist attorneys with discovery, document review, and case preparation
  • Track deadlines and maintain case calendars
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, coordinating witness materials, and supporting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trial
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties
  • Adapt to different attorney workflows and case management systems
Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skill
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with legal software (Clio or similar is a plus)
  • Windows-based computer preferred
  • Availability and responsiveness within 1 hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Why You’ll Love Working Here
At Equivity, you are part of a dedicated, internally managed team of legal professionals—not a temporary placement. We provide ongoing work with established attorneys while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team and work in a collaborative, professional environment that values quality and long-term relationships.
Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid sick time and employee discounts
