Job description

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with company strategy. You own complex product domains or capabilities, deeply understand customer pain points, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes. You operate with autonomy and are trusted to drive results across teams.

Essential Functions

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product area or customer journey

  • Lead discovery work-customer interviews, competitive research, and data analysis-to identify opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build and launch solutions

  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate feature success and inform iteration

  • Drive prioritization across competing demands and communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders

  • Influence cross-functional leaders and executives to gain buy-in on product direction

  • Mentor junior PMs and support organizational learning and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supports product strategy and execution for subscription billing infrastructure.

  • Partners cross-functionally with design, engineering, research, revenue, and product teams to deliver scalable billing and payments solutions.

  • Experience with subscription lifecycle management, SaaS billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Stripe), and enterprise invoicing a plus.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Additional Details:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

  • 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital invoicing, B2B payments or Fintech is a plus, or subscription systems (Zuora, Stripe). History of driving alignment across engineering, finance, tax, and accounting stakeholders. Proficiency in leveraging product analytics to surface actionable customer insights. Background managing enterprise invoicing downstream integrations.
