Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role addresses the complex challenge of modernizing internal ecosystems for HR, IT, and Customer Experience through the development of intuitive digital interfaces and AI-driven optimizations. As a Digital Product Manager, you will tackle operational inefficiencies by transforming manual workflows into streamlined, user-centric experiences that scale across the enterprise. You will also serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional departments, solving the hurdles of technology adoption by guiding teams through the practical implementation of emerging AI initiatives.

  • Deliver a roadmap of high-impact internal tools that streamline shared services and reduce operational friction across the enterprise

  • Drive measurable improvements in employee productivity by co-creating user-centric interfaces with engineering and UX design teams

  • Accelerate organizational AI maturity by acting as a consultant to departments looking to launch intelligent automation and LLM-based solutions

  • Optimize the internal user journey through rigorous analysis of system usage data and employee feedback cycles

  • Achieve departmental OKRs centered on digital transformation speed, feature adoption rates, and cost-saving process improvements

  • Support the enterprise AI enablement strategy by identifying opportunities to integrate automation into standard digital workflows

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year
