Pharmaceutical District Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and retain top-tier reps in your District.
  • Ensure daily engagement with your team, maximizing impact and accountability.
  • Build and own District business plans, allocate resources, and analyze data to drive growth.
  • Provide targeted, focused coaching that accelerates rep development and results.
  • Partner with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to exceed corporate objectives.
  • Adapt strategies based on payer, reimbursement, and healthcare landscape shifts.
  • Other responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
  • Remains compliant with all regulations while carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Documented, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and promoting top talent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Sales Representatives.
  • 4+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a sharp business acumen.
  • Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement environments.
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, and a drive to win.
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on district alignment, with overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
