PRC (Promotional Review Committee) Coordinator - Onshore/Nearshore

Role Overview
The PRC Coordinator manages the end-to-end promotional review process for marketing and medical materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand standards. This role serves as the operational backbone of the PRC process, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory) and optimizing review cycles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate PRC review cycles for promotional and non-promotional materials (digital, print, HCP/patient-facing)
  • Manage submissions through systems such as Veeva PromoMats / Vault, Aprimo, or similar platforms
  • Schedule and lead PRC meetings, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely reviews
  • Track material status, comments, approvals, and version control
  • Consolidate and reconcile cross-functional feedback into actionable updates for stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to MLR compliance, FDA/OPDP guidelines, and internal SOPs
  • Maintain and report on KPIs (cycle time, approval timelines, review efficiency)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities for review cycle optimization
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails
  • Act as liaison between marketing teams and reviewers, ensuring clarity and efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field)
  • 3-8 years of experience in:
    • PRC / MLR coordination
    • Marketing operations or regulatory support in pharma/biotech
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats (preferred) or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of promotional compliance and review workflows
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with US pharma regulatory environment (FDA, OPDP)
  • Experience supporting commercial launch or brand teams
  • Exposure to digital asset review and omnichannel campaigns
