Join the largest coffee retail company in the country! This global brand is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support its mobile app team. This role will focus on ideating, testing, building, shipping and creating new features for the company's mobile app. If you thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy end-to-end product delivery, and have a passion for customer-facing mobile experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The Senior Digital Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to drive product delivery from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product management, data analysis, and operating within large matrixed organizations.

Senior Digital Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery for new mobile app features, from ideation through launch.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
  • Track product metrics and perform data analysis to measure feature performance and inform decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across varying levels of leadership, providing regular updates on product progress and priorities.

Senior Digital Product Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Informatics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Previous mobile product experience required; customer-facing product experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with A/B testing and/or familiarity with Copilot or GitHub is a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner directly with engineering teams and engage in technical discussions.
  • Experience with data analysis, tracking metrics, and reporting on product performance.
