Job description

Buildvora.ai is looking for hungry, disciplined, commission-only sales hunters who want to sell a modern AI-powered digital growth system to small business owners.

Our core offer is simple and highly valuable:

$2,500 upfront for a complete website, CRM, social media, and PPC setup, plus $750/month for ongoing management. There are no long-term contracts, making this an easier offer to present to small businesses that need better online presence, better lead flow, and better follow-up systems.

This is not a generic “sell websites” role.

We have built our own custom CRM and sales technology stack in-house, including an Amazon Connect phone system, call tracking, pipeline management, and a structured outbound sales process. You will be using a real system designed for sales hunters, not a random spreadsheet.

Your job is to cold call business owners, create interest, qualify prospects, and book demos. Once you prove yourself, you can become eligible to train into a full-cycle sales role where you can run demos, close your own deals, and earn higher commissions.

We are looking for real hunters only. This role is for people who are comfortable making outbound calls, getting rejected, staying consistent, following a script, and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will be selling an AI-powered business growth setup that includes:

  • Custom website setup
  • CRM setup
  • Social media setup
  • PPC advertising setup
  • Lead tracking and follow-up infrastructure
  • Ongoing monthly marketing management
  • No long-term contract

This is designed for businesses that need a complete digital foundation and a better way to generate, track, and follow up with leads.

Responsibilities

  • Make 50+ outbound cold calls per day
  • Contact small business owners and decision-makers
  • Follow our approved cold call script and outbound process
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making ability, and interest level
  • Book qualified demos/appointments
  • Confirm demos and help improve show rates
  • Log all calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-ups inside our CRM
  • Send approved follow-up messages when needed
  • Attend training and sales coaching sessions
  • Maintain daily activity standards
  • Represent Felix Crego / Buildvora.ai professionally
  • After promotion, run demos and close deals as a full-cycle sales rep

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have cold calling experience
  • Are comfortable with commission-only sales
  • Can make at least 50 outbound calls per day
  • Are self-motivated and disciplined
  • Have a hunter mentality
  • Can handle rejection without getting discouraged
  • Are coachable and willing to follow a script
  • Have strong verbal communication skills
  • Are comfortable using a CRM
  • Want a path from appointment setter to full-cycle closer
  • Are excited about AI, automation, digital marketing, websites, CRM, and lead generation

We especially like candidates with experience in:

  • Appointment setting
  • Cold calling
  • B2B sales
  • Digital marketing sales
  • Website sales
  • SaaS sales
  • CRM sales
  • Solar sales
  • Roofing sales
  • Insurance sales
  • Merchant services
  • Real estate ISA / appointment setting
  • Home services sales
  • Call center outbound sales
  • Lead generation

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based commission-only role.

Level 1: Sales Hunter / Appointment Setter

You start by generating qualified demos.

Compensation:

35% of upfront revenue collected after payment processing fees

Example:

If a client pays the $2,500 upfront setup fee, your estimated commission is approximately $830 to $850, depending on processing fees.

You are eligible for commission when:

  • The prospect came from your outbound activity
  • The demo was properly qualified
  • The client pays
  • The deal is approved and tracked in the CRM

Level 2: Assisted AI Growth Consultant

After you generate 3 closed deals, you become eligible to train into a full-cycle sales role.

During this stage:

  • You begin learning to run the sales demo
  • A company closer assists on your first 5 full-cycle opportunities
  • You learn our offer, presentation, objections, and close process
  • You are evaluated based on performance, professionalism, CRM usage, and ability to represent the company properly

Level 3: Certified AI Growth Consultant

Approved full-cycle reps can earn:

50% of upfront revenue collected after Stripe/payment processing fees

At this level, you are responsible for:

  • Prospecting
  • Booking
  • Running demos
  • Closing
  • Payment collection support
  • Follow-up
  • CRM management
