Are you a highly motivated diabetes educator or registered dietitian who thrives on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care?
We are a primary care leader with a reputation for advanced in-house diagnostics and prevention-focused medicine. To support a growing population of patients with metabolic disease and liver conditions, we are seeking a remote Diabetes Educator / Registered Dietitian with experience managing diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and liver steatosis through lifestyle-based care.
You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality education that supports long-term patient outcomes. Physician consultation is available for any questions beyond your scope or training.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable Diabetes Educator / Registered Dietitian to provide remote patient education and lifestyle counseling in a modern, team-based clinical setting. You will play a key role in improving metabolic health, supporting early disease detection, and reinforcing physician-led treatment plans.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values prevention, efficiency, and meaningful patient impact.

Requirements
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and/or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
  • Experience treating patients with diabetes and metabolic disease
  • Experience or strong interest in liver steatosis and fibrosis management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a clinical team
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Pay Scale/Ranges:
