Job description

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center Coral Springs is looking for an experienced Insurance Credentialing Specialist to support our outpatient physical therapy clinic on a part-time, contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone who has already handled credentialing for physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehabilitation providers, or similar healthcare practices and understands the importance of organized follow-up, accurate submissions, and clear tracking.
Type: Part-time / Contract
 Compensation: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience
 Location: Remote
Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience with insurance credentialing for physical therapy clinics 
  • Experience with CAQH, payer portals, provider enrollment, and recredentialing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide consistent status updates
  • Comfortable working remotely as an independent contractor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with commercial insurance panels, Medicare, Medicaid/managed care, or workers’ compensation enrollment
  • Experience with EFT, ERA, and EDI setup
  • Experience cleaning up credentialing issues for small healthcare practices
