Summary

Processes loan applications received from applicants through various channels. Reviews loan documents, updates applicants' records in lending operating systems, and expedites the loan approval process. Guides the applicant consumer loan journey and completes loan disbursement activities.

Qualifications & Education

  • Associate's degree required or four years directly related experience
  • Minimum two years of consumer lending experience or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Process loan applications received through various channels, reviewing applications to verify accuracy of information and completion and communicating loan decision to applicant
  • Research supporting loan application documents, verify dealer and collateral information, income verification, and any other pertinent related information
  • Utilize DocuSign to process remote closings on consumer loan products
  • Responsible for quality control of received documents to ensure proper signatures and accuracy and disburses loan funds
  • Process Lease Assumption applications and ensure transfer of interest documents are signed and funds disbursed accordingly, updating Loan Servicing with transferee information
  • Maintains credit card accounts to ensure accuracy of records and compliance with institutional guidelines and operating procedures
  • Review and verify various updated member information and update core lending systems accordingly
  • Participate in lending systems UAT programs. Test new LOS functionality and report defects uncovered
  • Identify cross selling opportunities and build strong member relations
  • Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor
