Vice President Of Consumer Lending

As our Vice President of Consumer Lending, you'll shape the strategy behind one of the Credit Union's most impactful programs, spanning Auto, Personal, Student Lending, and Visa. You'll drive growth and profitability while staying grounded in what matters most: expanding access to credit and delivering for our members and community. From leveraging new technologies and vendor partnerships to reading the market and staying ahead of trends, you'll bring both the strategic vision and the operational savvy to lead this portfolio with purpose. Compensation $165,000 – $180,000

  • Owner of all Consumer Lending strategic initiatives and delivers impact through effective innovation, planning, and management of Direct and Indirect Lending programs.

  • Formulates loan pricing strategies based on risk analysis and competitive landscape. Utilizes technology and data to increase efficiencies in loan decisions while delivering quality in the Consumer Loan portfolio.

  • Delivers a differentiated experience on the Consumer Lending platform to drive member engagement and loyalty. Utilizes feedback from organizational listening posts to continually improve key work processes.

Education and/or Experience

This role requires Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to provide mentorship, guidance and training to other team members. While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of 7 years in a previous Consumer Lending role and Bachelor's Degree. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.
