Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote ABA Recruiter to identify, engage, and place top ABA talent. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting in the ABA industry, understands the roles of BCBAs and RBTs, and excels at building relationships with clinicians and clients.

As a Remote ABA Recruiter, you will source, screen, and connect ABA professionals with job opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).

  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with ABA professionals, understanding their career goals and preferences.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.

  • Manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

  • Promote job opportunities, explain benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

  • Stay up-to-date on ABA industry trends, workforce needs, and certification requirements.

Qualifications

Required:
