Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Remote) - Autism Services- Spanish Speaking preferred

Part-Time Hourly| New York City Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services

Compensation

  • Hourly: $90 โ€“ $105/hour

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with families
  • Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards
Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible in New York, can license in New York
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Schedule
  • Mondayโ€“Friday (flexible)
  • Weekend availability optional
