If you've ever babysat, coached youth sports, worked at a daycare, been a paraprofessional, or tutored, you're exactly who we want to talk to. We'll provide paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support your professional growth every step of the way.
As an Autism Support Specialist / Behavior Technician (BT) with North Arrow ABA, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.
What You'll Earn
  • $18 - $23 per hour
  • $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work
  • Monthly performance bonuses and annual raises

Schedule
We're open Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM. Afternoons and after-school hours make this a great fit for college students, career changers, parents, and professionals seeking a rewarding role in behavioral health and autism services.
