Southern California | Full-Time Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Director (BCBA or BCBA-D) to lead the clinical and operational performance of multiple regions across Southern California. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving results, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and compliance.

This position sits at the top of the clinical leadership structure and is ideal for a data-driven leader who thrives in accountability-driven environments and knows how to scale teams effectively.

What You'll Own
  • Full oversight of regional performance and key quality and performance indicators, including utilization, supervision, retention, client outcomes, and strengthening regional capacity and access.
  • Leadership and development of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians
  • Clinical quality, documentation standards, and audit readiness
  • Staffing strategy, scheduling optimization, and caseload distribution
  • Cross-functional alignment with recruiting, scheduling, and operations teams
  • Client satisfaction and payer relationships, including escalations and partnerships
What We're Looking For
  • Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • 5+ years of post-certification ABA experience
  • 2+ years of Director-level experience overseeing both clinical and operational performance
  • Proven track record managing KPIs and a region
  • Strong experience with payer requirements, compliance, and clinical documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive accountability across regions
