 Job Summary:
  

Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a BCBA/Board Certified Behavior Analyst- or BCBA-Doctorate  to assess the needs of residents/clients and developing individual behavior programs accordingly.  The qualified candidate will have a passion for helping individuals on the autism spectrum or related intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their full potential.  This is a full time, 40 + hour per week salaried position, hours not dependent on census, with one on one therapy sessions.  The BCBA’s role includes the following:
Specific Skills and Responsibilities
·        Manage day to day behavioral therapy in an Intermediate Care Facility across all services provided in conjunction with the  
         Psychologist 
·        Conduct assessments across learning domains such as language, academics, social skills, and functional life skills 
·        Generating Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) 
·        Train, Supervise and oversee Registered Line/Behavior Technicians in the ICF. (Proof of BACB Supervisory Training) 
·        Ability to train facility staff, caregivers, and family members in behavior analysis techniques 
·        Coordinate with families, staff, and other team members to ensure program consistency and efficacy 
·        Performs all other duties as requested by the CEO and Director of Residential Services 
 
 Qualifications: 
·        Must maintain certification and be in good standing with the BACB 
·        Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license 
·        Experience with programming in clinical settings 
·        Experience with program development 
·        At least 2 years of experience working with a variety of learners in either a special education classroom, ABA home program, ABA 
         center-based program, school or ICF 
 
Education: 
·        Master’s degree or Doctorate  in Psychology or related field 
·        BCBA or BCBA-D Certification  
 
Work Environment: 
 
·        Works closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 
 
Physical Demands: 
 
·        Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
