Your Role: Essential, Rewarding, Impactful
As a Medical Debt Collector, you will be responsible for the recovery of medical debt while upholding the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, integrity, and proper management of assigned inventory. You will adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and local state, and federal regulations
What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for the recovery of medical debt while maintaining quality customer service, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ensures the quality, integrity and proper work effort of assigned inventory.
  • Understands and adheres to all policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal regulations, relevant to their area of operation.
  • Maintains acceptable levels of productivity of all assigned accounts.
  • On an auto dialer for full 8-hour shift making and receiving continuous calls.
  • Documents all collection activity, maintains and organizes unit and responds to all communication and/ or verbal inquiries from all relevant parties.
  • Responsible for maximum productivity in the recovery of delinquent accounts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent communication skills and able to document all activity (Type 30 WPM).
  • Respond quickly and accurately to verbal/written communication from all relevant parties.
  • 1 Year of collections experience
