This position exists to support compliant account resolution through professional, respectful communication with consumers.Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound telephone activity to secure payments, negotiating payment arrangements when appropriate, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of each interaction, and adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
