Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of litigation related to secured lending, including civil and title litigation and bankruptcy matters.
  • Draft discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions with precision and clarity.

  • Conduct depositions and court appearances with thorough preparation and confidence.

Qualifications
