Georgia Creditors' Rights Attorney in SOUTH FLORIDA (Plaintiffs)


Job Summary
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking experienced Creditors' Rights Attorneys to represent national banks and major financial institutions in high-volume litigation matters throughout Georgia from our Florida offices. The ideal candidate must be barred in GA and have experience reviewing evidence. As a key member of our firm, you will help manage caseloads from pre-suit through post-judgment execution, provide evidentiary review, oversee support staff, and ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review client files to ensure compliance with federal rules of evidence and debt collection standards (e.g., FDCPA/CFPB).
  • Manage a high-volume caseload for review and filing
  • Review contracts, invoices, statements, answers, and legal status eligibility
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to maintain efficient case progression.
  • Monitor and stay abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and court procedures impacting creditors' rights and firm operations.
  • Develop case strategies, supervise staff, and contribute to firm growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
  • Demonstrated success in document review
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Georgia court systems, procedures, and e-filing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing staff and client relationships.
