Birmingham, Alabama Collection law firm.


A well-established Florida-based creditors' rights and collections law firm with offices in Alabama and Mississippi is seeking a licensed attorney admitted to practice in both Alabama and Mississippi for an immediate opening in our Birmingham, Alabama office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day handling and oversight of the firm's Alabama and Mississippi litigation matters while working collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attending court hearings and other legal proceedings.
  • Reviewing and approving pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.
  • Managing an active litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
  • Responding promptly to daily emails and telephone communications.
  • Collaborating with attorneys, management, and staff to ensure efficient case handling and compliance with client requirements.


The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and case management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.


Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k)-retirement plan.


This is an on-site position. Hybrid/Remote work is not available.
