  • Support IP process improvements, including intake workflows, training resources, outside submission procedures, and other operational initiatives improving efficiency.

Systems, Tools, and Records Management
  • Use and maintain IP systems (CPI, Markify, SharePoint); maintain accurate trademark files, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support migration, cleanup, and organization of legacy records, ensuring trademark information is stored consistently and accessible to the IP legal team.

Cross-Functional IP Team Support

Your Advantage
  • Experience with CPI, Markify, Questel/Brandstock, LegalTracker, SharePoint, MacroView, or similar IP portfolio and matter management tools.
  • Direct experience with USPTO TEAS filings, including applications, Statements of Use, extensions, and Office Action responses.
  • Experience supporting global trademark portfolios, including renewals, change-of-address projects, assignments, and jurisdiction-specific recordals.
