Job description

About My Solar Claim

Hundreds of thousands of homeowners were sold solar systems that never delivered what was promised. Many are stuck in contracts they don't understand, paying more than they were told, with no idea how to get relief. My Solar Claim connects those homeowners with real solutions, and we have done it more than a thousand times.

Homeowners come to us. Our calendars are booked out. This role exists because demand outgrew our sales team.

The Role

You close. We handle everything else. Leads, appointments, scripts, tools, and training are provided. No cold prospecting, no lead generation, no buying your own leads. Homeowners who requested help are loaded directly onto your calendar.

Remote. Full time. English fluency required, Spanish is a strong plus since many of our homeowners prefer it.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with uncapped commissions and weekly payouts. There is no base salary, and your income depends entirely on your performance. To be direct about what that has looked like on our team: mid-tier closers have earned $5,000 in a week, and our top closers have cleared $50,000 in a single month. Those are real results from this team, not projections, and they are not a guarantee. If you need salary certainty, this is not your role. If you have the skill, nothing here caps you.

Our standard is six closed deals a month. Most of our team clears it. We are honest about that bar up front because the people we want are the ones who read it and think "only six?"

Who You'll Work With

You will interview with Joe, our Head of Compliance, because in this niche doing things right is the product, and we screen for that from the first conversation. Once you're in, you report to Darren, our Sales Manager, and your first week runs on a training roadmap he built himself. You will know exactly what is expected of you from day one, because we put it in writing and walk you through it.

Your First 30 Days, Honestly

You start by working warm inbound leads: qualifying homeowners, booking appointments, and earning commission while you learn the system end to end. When you have proven you can execute, and for some people that takes a day and for others two weeks, you transition to closing with appointments we load onto your calendar. We tell you this now because we would rather you know the real ramp than be surprised by it.

Who Thrives Here

Closers who want a system instead of chaos. People who follow a process, take coaching, and hit numbers. Solar experience is not required. Discipline and consistency are. If you have trained under a real closing system and you are tired of weak leads and broken comp plans, this is your room.

How Hiring Works

Apply now, and record a short elevator pitch when we ask for it. Interviews are held in weekly group sessions with Joe, and decisions come fast. We respond to every applicant, usually within the week, whether the answer is yes or no.

The demand is real. The system is built. Bring the skill.
