Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication skills complemented by the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population, understanding the unique challenges they face.
  • Organizational skills to efficiently manage documentation and record-keeping consistent with best practices in mental health care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community health settings, ideally understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their application in diverse clinical settings.
