  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices, current research, and evolving treatment methodologies in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges. Your clinical support will be pivotal in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By utilizing solution-focused approaches, you will help clients navigate their struggles and empower them towards achieving their personal goals for mental health and wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in solution-based therapy methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
Preferred Experience

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and professional liability coverage. Employees also have access to an Employee Assistance Program, which offers mental health support for personal and professional challenges.
