• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulations while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with the knowledge to enhance their well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices, current research, and evolving treatment methodologies in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges. Your clinical support will be pivotal in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By utilizing solution-focused approaches, you will help clients navigate their struggles and empower them towards achieving their personal goals for mental health and wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in solution-based therapy methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.

At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting is preferred. Experience in outpatient mental health services or community health settings will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHRs) and integrated care practices in mental health will also contribute positively to your application.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
