Job Title: Sales Collateral & Enablement Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Manager, Sales Excellence

Location: United States (Remote)
Role Summary
The Sales Collateral & Enablement Specialist is responsible for owning, governing, and evolving LanguageLine's official sales collateral and presentations to support a consistent, buyer-centered sales motion. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Excellence, this role ensures that what sellers say and show in the field aligns with our sales methodology, revenue narrative, and product strategy.
This role goes beyond asset creation to serve as a steward of the sales narrative, translating product and marketing inputs into seller-ready materials that drive clarity, confidence, and deal progression at critical buyer decision points.
Key Essential Functions
Sales Collateral & Presentation Ownership
  • Own the development, maintenance, and governance of all official client-facing sales collateral and presentations
  • Ensure materials clearly articulate LanguageLine's value proposition, differentiation, and outcomes at each stage of the buyer journey
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information, data points, and messaging as offerings evolve
  • Proactively audit collateral libraries to identify gaps, redundancies, and outdated materials

Sales Narrative & Methodology Alignment
  • Partner closely with the Manager, Sales Excellence to ensure collateral aligns with:
    • Sales methodology and talk tracks
    • Revenue narratives and sales motions
    • Training and coaching frameworks
  • Translate product and marketing messaging into seller-ready stories, slides, and supporting assets
  • Support the development of seller scripts and presentation flows that reinforce desired selling behaviors

New Collateral Development & Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end development of new sales collateral, including:
    • Project scoping
    • Stakeholder input and reviews
    • Version control and approvals
    • Final delivery and distribution
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to bring new materials to market quickly and effectively
  • Manage timelines and workflows to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery

Governance, Standards & Enablement Support
  • Establish and maintain standards for sales collateral quality, structure, and usage
  • Clearly define what content is considered "official" and what is deprecated
  • Support enablement programs by ensuring collateral integrates seamlessly into training, onboarding, and reinforcement efforts

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collect and synthesize input from subject matter experts across the organization
  • Partner with Technical Writing and Documentation teams to ensure alignment between product documentation and sales-facing materials
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Enablement leaders on content needs and effectiveness

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing client-facing sales collateral or sales enablement materials
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills for B2B audiences
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CMS and digital asset management tools
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior sales or sales enablement experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) with the ability to support light design or production work as needed
  • Experience working closely with sales methodologies and enablement frameworks
  • Familiarity with workflow automation or enablement platforms
  • Video or multimedia content experience

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistency
  • Comfortable enforcing standards and retiring outdated materials
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Able to translate complex information into clear, persuasive stories

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $82,000 annually. This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
