Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Marketing Assistant Coordinator opportunities in New York NY 10001. Responsibilities for Marketing Assistant Coordinator include but are not limited to:

· Own and manage all GWP, Sets, Containers, Wrapping, and Gifting initiatives across Beauty & Fragrance from concept to delivery.

· Lead cross-functional project briefings and coordinate with Marketing, Global, Sales, Operations, Creative, and internal stakeholders.

· Manage Local and Global GWP development, set strategy, kitting, sourcing, and code creation.

· Maintain project trackers, order forms, timelines, MAD/PAD milestones, and provide regular project status updates.

· Lead bi-weekly marketing meetings and proactively identify and resolve project risks.

· Partner with Sales Development and O+O teams on allocation planning and retailer-level distribution.

· Oversee ordering, shipping, logistics, and execution for GWPs, sets, containers, and wrapping programs.

· Manage copy, PDP, and digital content requirements for promotional products.

· Own image creation and coordinate with Creative and Asset teams to ensure timely delivery of approved assets.

· Manage inventory, allocation, and replenishment of gifting collateral, including shopping bags, gift boxes, PLV materials, holiday collateral, and accessories.

· Create presentations, set paniers, and meeting materials for stakeholder reviews and business updates.

Candidates for Marketing Assistant Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in project management, promotional marketing, retail operations, or a related field.

· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, and Global teams.

· Knowledge of GWP programs, product sets, promotional packaging, and retail merchandising.

· Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with inventory planning, allocations, logistics, and order management.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

· Experience supporting digital commerce assets, product pages, and marketing materials preferred.

Pay Details: $23.72 per hour
