You will be supported by our administrative staff, which minimizes your administrative responsibilities and enables you to focus solely on providing therapeutic care. • Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly monitor client progress through scheduled sessions and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on individual needs and outcomes.
• Conduct thorough mental health screenings and assessments for clients to identify their treatment requirements accurately.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including medical providers, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Document all client interactions and progress thoroughly in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and treatment methodologies.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned that contribute to the overall goals of the organization and the well-being of clients.

Your role will primarily focus on clients who are experiencing mild traumatic brain injuries along with other mental health challenges. You will provide therapeutic support and interventions that help clients adapt and cope with their symptoms, fostering a supportive environment that encourages healing. Through personalized care, you will play a crucial part in enhancing their quality of life and establishing pathways to recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within a mental health setting.
• Proven knowledge and skills in treating clients suffering from mild traumatic brain injuries, with a compassionate approach to their care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous learning within the field of mental health.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating the capability to effectively engage clients through virtual platforms.
• Previous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for seamless documentation and case management.

The salary for this full-time remote position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
