San Ysidro Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to engage in Full-Time remote clinical practice. • Deliver individualized clinical care by engaging directly with clients to assess their mental health needs, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to create and refine integrated care plans, ensuring comprehensive support and follow-up for clients.
• Perform evidence-based assessments and screenings, utilizing developmentally appropriate tools to determine the needs of clients and guide treatment pathways.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges and promoting recovery through evidence-based techniques.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, employing established protocols to manage acute mental health situations and ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting to track client progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and funding requirements.
• Participate in on-call coverage to provide clinical support and consultation as required by the agency's operational needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills, participate in agency quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to agency-wide goals.

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele primarily focusing on individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. The role requires sensitivity to the varied backgrounds and socio-cultural dynamics of clients, which is critical in building rapport and delivering effective case management. You will advocate for clients' needs, empower them through informed choices, and guide them towards fulfilling recovery paths.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and various therapeutic techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen understanding of clinical ethics, patient confidentiality, and standards of care.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, particularly in settings serving underprivileged clients.
• Experience with care coordination, crisis intervention, and treatment planning within mental health or hospice care environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and tracking patient data for compliance and improvement projects.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
