• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students referred to our program, enabling you to create individually tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and focused on actionable solutions.
• Utilize respected therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement interventions that effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality is paramount while contributing to the integrity of our care model.
• Work in unison with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to establish a holistic approach to each student's wellbeing.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing treatment methodologies and sharing insights that foster professional growth.
• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, facilitating informed decisions that empower them on their recovery journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments within the mental health field, ensuring your practice reflects the most up-to-date evidence-based strategies.

This role specifically targets students who may be experiencing behavioral issues, emotional distress, or mental health disorders that impede their academic performance and personal development. By applying your expertise as an LCSW, you will guide these young individuals through their struggles, helping them cultivate resilience and achieve their goals in an educational setting.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring you possess the necessary theoretical knowledge and foundational skills.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Michigan, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethics in practice.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
