(Flexible hours) Travel: Annual trip to CA [HQ] Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Our client, a growing holding company with multiple operating subsidiaries, is seeking a highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its fully remote U.S.-based leadership team. The organization oversees seven operating subsidiaries across financial services and related sectors, providing scale and diversity while maintaining a lean, agile structure. As CFO, you will shape enterprise financial strategy while staying closely involved in executionโ€”overseeing financial reporting, treasury, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the portfolio. Success in this role requires a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with a fully remote team, engages comfortably with the Board, and balances strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
