Work Location:Ideal candidate is in the DFW, TX area but open to remote candidates. Remote candidates must be willing to travel.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and will build, lead and develop a strategically-oriented, world-class finance organization to support Solis' continued growth and evolution.

The successful candidate will be a strategic finance leader with proven experience scaling the financial profile of a growing organization, navigating key decisions to achieve organic and inorganic growth, influencing operations and strategy, and demonstrating a passion for women's healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as trusted business partner and strategic sounding board to the CEO, Board, and other key leaders to problem solve challenges for the organization, identify new opportunities for growth, and push the team to new ideas.
  • Provide guidance, analysis, and decision support for all strategic initiatives within the company, including capital allocation, investment, organic growth strategies, and new market and service line opportunities.
  • Proactively seek to identify opportunities to drive growth and operational excellence across the organization through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive the development, management, and execution against a long-range financial plan for Solis, including the long-term strategic finance, near-term operating plan, and partnership coordination with business operations to ensure business performance
  • Lead, manage, and develop the company's finance, accounting, revenue cycle, treasury, managed care and tax organization to drive continuous process improvements across the functions.
  • Establish best-in-class processes and policies that improve the operational effectiveness of the company. Establish KPIs and dashboards that most effectively measure results.
  • Review and assess the current finance organization as well as onboard, lead, develop, and retain a team of financial professionals that can scale with the business.
  • Foster a culture that is efficient, compassionate, innovative, and mission-oriented. Ensure employees have personal accountability to build and maintain the culture even as the company
Qualications
  • Demonstrated success as a CFO in a high-growth, multi-site healthcare or consumer-retail environment; exposure to JV / partnerships preferred.
  • Understanding of managed care dynamics, including payer contracting and reimbursement considerations within outpatient healthcare services, is preferred.
  • Informed understanding of shareholder value creation; has prepared a company for a range of potential exit outcomes and seen a successful exit.
  • Strong analytical skillset and demonstrated ability to build a metrics and data-driven organization that uses analytics to drive business results, provide visibility and insight across the organization, and ultimately influence patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the key financial drivers of the business with proven ability to maintain effective and efficient financial reporting, accounting, controls, and FP&A
  • Proven track record leading dual-track growth, managing M&A diligence and integration alongside the rollout of new JV partnerships and de novo site developments.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to translate financial concepts for diverse audiences and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style; comfortable operating with limited infrastructure and ambiguity.
