  • Maintain case management systems, tracking investigation status, enforcement actions, and outcomes
  • Prepare case summaries, investigation reports, and data logs
  • Collaborate with online enforcement teams to develop actionable offline investigations
  • Work with legal and compliance partners to improve processes, strengthen enforcement coordination, and support escalation strategies
  • Assist with onboarding investigators and communicating program expectations
  • Identify and implement improvements to investigation and enforcement workflows

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand protection, investigations, legal operations, compliance, or enforcement support
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investigations and vendors
  • Familiarity with counterfeit activity and brand abuse across physical and digital channels
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in escalating case information
  • Experience maintaining tracking systems (e.g. Excel, case management platforms)
  • Experience supporting field investigations, test buys, and vendor coordination
  • Background working with investigative and law enforcement partners on domestic and cross-border enforcement matters
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and compliance processes

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance.
