Position: Regional Brand Strategist (Southeast U.S)

Reports to: Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing

Position Summary:

This role helps to execute Trulieve's brand strategy, responsible for the supervision and execution of innovative marketing initiatives for in-house brands across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels in Florida and Georgia markets. Responsible for end-to-end brand execution-from creative briefing to activation execution-this leader collaborates with agencies, digital, creative, production, and retail teams to ensure brand consistency and impact. This individual will provide role model inclusive leadership, business acumen, strategic agility, collaboration and inspire others. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in development of brand strategies aligned with company objectives, including positioning, messaging, and revenue goals for branded products.
  • Lead in-store activations across multiple territories, collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies from inception through execution and analysis.
  • Lead Brand and product launches across multiple territories collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, L&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies inclusive of initial training for the retail teams, sustained support post-launch and analysis
  • Ensure products and packaging meet brand standards and comply with state laws, working closely with the packaging department, design agencies, and compliance teams.
  • Serve as connection from FL and GA markets to National Brand Marketing team, ensuring that the Brand is partnered with state marketing teams for creative briefs, marketing communications for retail, product information, and promotions. Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and synchronicity across markets.
  • Work with Brand Marketing Specialist to ensure swag options meet compliant regulations and are executed seamlessly at store-level for each activation.
  • Work with Social Media team to ensure relevant market content is conducted and shot for each brand.
  • Uphold brand integrity by working with vendors, employees, and partners to ensure correct and consistent brand usage.
  • Comply with all security policies and procedures in each territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing and/or retail related role
  • Brand Marketing experience is highly preferred
  • Understanding of brand partnerships/collaborations preferred
  • Understanding of Go-To Market Product strategy

  • Exceptional writing abilities regardless of the subject-matter
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects
