WHO WE SEEK

We're seekingย a highly organized, resourceful, and collaborative Creative Producer / Projectย Manager to lead and support brandย and digital projects from concept to completion. This role is key in bridging the gap between our creative team and our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and with excellence.

Youโ€™ll workย alongside designers, strategists, and developers to help bring brand identities, websites, and UI/UX experiences to life. The right candidate thrives in both creative and operational environments, balancing client needs with the workflows of a fast-moving creative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience managing creative or digital projects in an agency or similar environment.

  • Strong understanding of branding, design systems, UI/UX principles, and web development processes.

  • Hands-on experience with brand identity, responsive web design, and wireframing.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Asana, and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for visual detail.

  • Strong communication skillsโ€”youโ€™re comfortable with both client conversations and internal creative collaboration.

  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable supporting creative production while also leading client-facing presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience managing creative or digital projects in an agency or similar environment

  • Solid understanding of branding, design systems, UI/UX principles, and web development processes

  • Experience working with brand identity design, wireframes, and responsive web design

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsโ€”you know how to talk to clients and creatives alike

  • Experience with tools like Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without losing track of the details

  • Strong communicator, collaborative, and comfortable giving/receiving feedback

  • A calm, confident, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
