In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and optimize marketing efforts to attract high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage recruitment marketing projects, ensuring initiatives are organized, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of organic and paid content across multiple talent acquisition channels.
  • Manage the recruitment marketing content pipeline and collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across job boards, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other sourcing channels.
  • Generate actionable insights from campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve candidate attraction and conversion.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and successful project execution.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, performance reports, and project updates to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related field.
