Regional Marketing Manager
Location: WFH Dallas REMOTE (15 % travel to partner sites)

About the Role
Were seeking a results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital and traditional strategy across multiple brands and markets nationwide. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a key member of our national marketing team, youll be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital & traditional channels. Youll work closely with regional teams, creative partners, and sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with local brands to get alignment on all marketing initiatives, reporting, planning and executing.
  • Develop and manage local digital marketing strategies across SEO/AI, LSA, Paid Ads, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee local roofing partners digital presence, including website performance, UX optimization, and content updates.
  • Plan, execute and work with agencies with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI, Acculynx and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns and support market-specific initiatives.
  • Technology knowledge and experience connecting APIs, Zaps, Webhooks and other tracking software
  • Familiarity with VOIP and call tracking platforms
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with CSRs to answer phones aligning to call scripts and ensuring accuracy in all lead flow.
  • Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Align with local marketing personnel for best in class community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-location or national brand environment.
  • Proven success managing paid media, SEO, and content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
