We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute strategic business initiatives that drive revenue and profit growth as well as brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in driving revenue and profit, retail assortment strategy, budget planning, inventory management, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing channel specific product strategies while ensuring financial efficiency and optimal inventory levels to support business goals. #LI-Remote

Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Budget & Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer strategies aligned with business objectives to support brand collaborations and the growth in the retail channel of business.
  • Continuously evolve go-to-market tools and resources to optimize sales opportunities within retail channel.
  • Monitor budget performance, in partnership with sales team to make necessary adjustments to align with business goals.
  • Utilize retail POS to support seasonal/ annual product development priorities.
  • Close collaboration with marketing team to identify seasonal product campaigns and messaging.

Inventory Management:
  • Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to ensure inventory levels align with business needs.
  • Develop marketing strategies that support inventory turnover and product availability.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track inventory trends and adjust go to market efforts accordingly.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, supply chain, and analytics teams to drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Strong expertise in assortment planning, brand management, and data analysis preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
