Job description

Position: Temporary AI Automation Builder Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Temporary Type of contract: Independent contractor Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!!!️ About the Brand: This is a premium apparel brand focused on delivering high-quality, modern essentials through a strong product and e-commerce experience. As the product line continues to expand, the team is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support product and creative workflows, ensuring the online catalog is accurate, visually consistent, and launch-ready. Scope of the role: We're looking for a technical AI Automation Builder to design and implement a production-ready automation system that transforms raw product photos into finalized outputs using AI tools.

The core objective is to build an end-to-end, repeatable workflow where iPhone product images are submitted, processed automatically through defined AI steps, and returned in a clean, trackable format — with minimal manual intervention. The automation will be triggered via Airtable status updates, orchestrated through an automation platform (e.g., Make.com), and may include either third-party AI tools (such as Nano Banana or equivalents) or a custom ComfyUI-based workflow that can later be operated by a remote VA. This is a short-term contract (2 weeks to 1 month) with the possibility of follow-on projects if the system performs well.

Responsibilities: Design and build an automated workflow triggered by Airtable status changes Process uploaded product images through AI tools for enhancement or transformation Integrate AI image-processing solutions (e.g., Nano Banana or similar) into a structured pipeline Deliver processed outputs back into Airtable fields in a clean, traceable format Explore and potentially implement a custom ComfyUI-based system designed for remote VA operation Use Make.com or equivalent automation platforms to manage triggers, logic, branching, and data flow Ensure the system is stable, repeatable, and scalable — not a fragile one-off Document workflows and SOPs clearly so non-technical team members can manage ongoing operations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align automation logic with real product and creative requirements Requirements: Proven experience building AI-driven automation workflows end-to-end Hands-on experience with ComfyUI and Make.com (or comparable tools such as Zapier or n8n) Strong working knowledge of Airtable, including status-based logic and field automation Basic to intermediate coding ability (comfortable editing scripts, prompts, and API logic) Solid understanding of operational workflows and how automation fits into production pipelines Ability to design systems that non-technical operators (e.g., VAs) can reliably run and maintain Nice to have: Experience working with e-commerce, product, or apparel workflows Familiarity with AI image generation, enhancement, or asset production pipelines Experience creating SOPs and handoff documentation for operations teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
