What You'll Do
  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, including workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, list segmentation, and reporting.
  • Design and execute marketing automation strategies across the full funnel (acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
  • Develop and maintain nurture programs, drip campaigns, and triggered email flows.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and demand gen teams to align messaging and timing across all channels.
  • Ensure data integrity using HubSpot and 3rd party tools.
  • Working with the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, define KPIs and create regular performance dashboards and reports to track automation success and inform optimization.
  • Partner within Marketing to align lead prioritization processes and create scoring models.
  • A/B Test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation and HubSpot functionality.

Application Requirements
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot.
  • Proven success managing complex automation workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for optimizing user experience and marketing performance.
