Multi-State · Remote or Hybrid
Do you love clean, accurate, on-time payroll — and want real ownership of how it runs? A growing, multi-state organization is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for a high-volume workforce and serve as the go-to expert and system owner for ADP Workforce Now. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your attention to detail and process-improvement mindset get felt across the entire organization.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Real ownership. You'll run the full payroll operation across multiple U.S. locations and own ADP Workforce Now end to end — configurations, earnings codes, deductions, workflows, and reporting all run through you.
- Visible impact. Your audits, controls, and process improvements directly protect employees' paychecks and the organization's compliance and audit readiness.
- Strong partnerships. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with HR, Finance, Operations, leadership, and vendors — this role sits right at the center of it all.
- Room to build. We want someone who improves the process, not just maintains it. Bring your ideas.
