To thrive as a Remote Ad Ops Specialist, you need a solid understanding of digital advertising principles, campaign management, analytics, and often a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Familiarity with ad servers (like Google Ad Manager), DSPs, SSPs, and certifications such as Google Ads or IAB are commonly required. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities help you manage campaigns and collaborate with diverse teams remotely. These skills ensure efficient campaign execution, maximize ad performance, and maintain smooth client and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced digital environment.
