Job description

Company Description
pureIntegration is a digital engineering, consulting and professional services firm headquartered in the Washington, DC area, serving media, entertainment, and connectivity companies for more than 20 years. Our Ad Tech & Media practice helps advertising organizations modernize and operate the systems that power their revenue - spanning linear, addressable, programmatic, AVOD/FAST, and CTV ad delivery - including ad decisioning, order management, traffic and billing, data integration, and reporting across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
Job Description
We are hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to grow our Ad Tech & Media business within the streaming ecosystem. You will sell pureIntegration's consulting services and technology solutions into advertising groups - ad sales, ad operations, ad platform/product, and revenue operations teams - at CTV, Smart TV, FAST, OTT, and streaming companies.
This is a hunter role for a seller who already knows this buyer community. You will own the full sales cycle: territory strategy, prospecting, executive relationship-building, opportunity qualification, proposal development with our solution architects, negotiation, and close. You will report directly to the VP, Ad Tech & Media.
Location: Must be based in the Los Angeles, Washington, DC, or New York City metro area (remote/hybrid, with travel to clients and industry events)
Base salary of $120,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience and location, plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE) of $220,000-$240,000, with significant upside for overachievement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute a territory plan targeting advertising groups at CTV, Smart TV, FAST, OTT, and streaming companies.
  • Leverage your existing, active network of decision-makers and influencers (CROs, EVP/SVP Ad Sales, Heads of Ad Ops, Ad Platform/Product leaders) to generate pipeline from day one.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through negotiated close, partnering with pureIntegration solution architects and practice leaders on discovery, scoping, and proposals.
  • Sell consultatively across the ad tech stack: ad decisioning and ad serving, order management, traffic and billing, identity and data integration, measurement, and monetization workflows.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting in CRM; consistently achieve or exceed quota.
  • Represent pureIntegration at key industry events (e.g., IAB, AdExchanger, StreamTV, CES, NAB) and within relevant trade communities.
  • Provide market feedback to the VP, Ad Tech & Media to shape offerings, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of quota-carrying experience selling software and/or technology solutions specifically into advertising groups at CTV, Smart TV, FAST, OTT, and/or streaming companies.
  • A demonstrable, current network ("Rolodex") of buyer relationships within the streaming/CTV advertising ecosystem - you can open doors at target accounts immediately.
  • No restrictions on accounts or contacts: candidates must not be subject to any active non-compete, non-solicitation, or similar contractual restriction that would limit the accounts they can pursue or the contacts they can engage on pureIntegration's behalf. This will be verified prior to offer.
  • Consistent, verifiable track record of quota attainment and complex B2B sales success (six- and seven-figure deals, multi-stakeholder cycles).
  • Based in - or willing to relocate to - the Los Angeles, Washington, DC, or New York City metro area, with availability for regular travel.
  • Strong working knowledge of the streaming ad stack: ad decisioning/ad serving, SSPs and programmatic monetization, order management systems, traffic and billing, measurement and verification, and identity/data.

Highly Favored Backgrounds
Proven sales success at companies that sell software into advertising groups at streaming, CTV, Smart TV, FAST, and OTT companies is strongly preferred - including, but not limited to:
  • Ad serving, decisioning & omnichannel platforms: Innovid / Mediaocean (including Flashtalking), FreeWheel (Comcast), Google Ad Manager, SpringServe (Magnite), Publica by IAS, Beachfront
  • Verification, measurement & currency: DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science (IAS), iSpot.tv (incl. 605), VideoAmp, Comscore, Nielsen, Samba TV, TVSquared/Innovid Measurement
  • SSPs & programmatic monetization: Magnite, TripleLift, PubMatic, Index Exchange, OpenX, Nexxen, Sharethrough (Equativ)
  • Order management, ad sales & revenue systems: Operative, FatTail, Placements.io, Boostr, Mediaocean, Salesforce Media Cloud
  • Streaming infrastructure, FAST & server-side ad insertion: Amagi, Wurl (AppLovin), MediaKind, Harmonic, Brightcove, JWP Connatix, Frequency, AWS Elemental (MediaTailor)
  • Identity, data & audience: LiveRamp, Experian Marketing Services, TransUnion (TruAudience), Blockgraph
