Overview of role:
The Sales Ad Ops position at Beasley Media Group plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for preparing proposals and contracts, entering orders, coordinating with traffic and billing departments, and maintaining accurate client records. The Sales Ad Ops works closely with Account Executives to manage timelines, fulfill sponsorship elements, and provide exceptional service to clients. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced media environment are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
โ€ขCollaborating with Account Executives on executing advertising solutions for clients
โ€ขCreating custom strategies and tactics to achieve clientโ€™s goals and formatting into custom client-facing proposals
โ€ขReviewing campaign data, developing insights, and optimizing performance
โ€ขTrafficking and monitoring advertising campaigns
โ€ขCollaborating with our internal design and video teams for asset delivery and best practices
โ€ขCreating resources for our internal team, including case studies and sales materials
โ€ขOptimizing campaigns against key performance indicators
โ€ขSupporting sales team with copywriting, order entry and proposal creation
Qualifications:
