As the Senior Digital Strategist, you will provide strategic direction for email marketing campaigns, digital media including programmatic, paid social, and paid search efforts, social media strategy, and other digital marketing tactics.
Moore's Digital Team works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media where you know who the person is you are targeting; this includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads.

Your Impact:
  • Develop and present strategic plans covering digital fundraising efforts across multiple digital tactics.
  • Oversee and evaluate client performance reports; identify trends and recommend modifications and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with writers, designers, advertising strategists and technical experts to generate top-notch, engaging digital campaigns to support client goals.
  • Assist with researching and negotiating terms with vendors; route and finalize contracts.
  • Lead both client-facing and internal meetings.

Your Profile:
  • 5+ years of online marketing and fundraising experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with online marketing for nonprofits: email fundraising, programmatic media, search, paid social and peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with digital direct response marketing strategy and tactics, and how to measure the impact of various channels and campaigns.
  • Ability to develop and implement online fundraising strategies, including management of communications calendars.
  • Understanding of current industry best practices and emerging fundraising and marketing strategies.
