Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented and collaborative IT Network Manager to join our team. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Core Platforms within the Corporate IT I&O Organization. In this role, you will lead a diverse team of network engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our network operations across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SD-WAN architecture, segmentation, enterprise Cisco and Aruba infrastructure management, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking, and infrastructure automation, along with a proven track record of leading complex global migrations and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically diverse network operations team, overseeing 24/7 support rotations and global incident response.
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and Azure, as well as on-premise infrastructure at all sites.
  • Drive strategic network initiatives, including the evaluation and deployment of emerging technologies, cost-reduction strategies, and vendor contract renegotiations.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Systems and Security teams to ensure unified infrastructure deployments and robust security postures.
  • Lead the network integration phases for global Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, owning the discovery, planning, deployment, and end-to-end integration.
  • Architect, manage, and optimize global SD-WAN environments, specifically utilizing HPE Aruba EdgeConnect infrastructure.
  • Manage, configure, and administer the SolarWinds monitoring platform to ensure comprehensive network visibility, proactive alerting, and performance optimization.
  • Direct and optimize Aruba and Cisco lifecycle infrastructure management activities and new enterprise-scale switching/wireless deployments.
  • Implement advanced network segmentation and isolation strategies to support all IT/OT requirements.
  • Deploy, administer, and manage global network authentication for wired and wireless networks using Cisco ISE and HPE/Aruba ClearPass.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and policy management for enterprise firewalls and cloud security platforms such as Netskope.
  • Provide robust network foundational support for unified communications tools such as Cisco IPT and Microsoft Teams Voice.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Education & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, with at least 5 years in a management or strategic team lead role.
  • Extensive expertise with Aruba and Cisco infrastructure management, wired/wireless infrastructure and traditional DIA/MPLS networks.
  • Proven experience managing network administration and SD-WAN integrations in cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure.
  • Direct administrative exposure to managing and configuring the SolarWinds monitoring platform.
  • Strong proficiency and administration exposure with Cisco ISE and HPE/Aruba ClearPass.
  • Solid understanding of core GCP services including Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Storage, and IAM.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to execute global hardware transitions on tight timelines.
  • Self-driven, creative problem solver focused on executing at the speed of business while optimizing operational costs.
  • GCP, Azure, Aruba and/or Cisco certifications are a plus.

Travel Requirements
This position may require up to 15% travel in certain circumstances.
