Beltmann Relocation Group is the largest agent for North American Van Lines (NAVL) and an industry leader in residential, office, and logistics moving services. With over 100 years of moving expertise and dedication to high-level customer service, Beltmann is one of the oldest and largest hauling and booking agents for NAVL. We have 12 branches strategically located in major cities nationwide and teams of professional moving specialists that provide superior service.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
  • Project management experience in commercial relocation, logistics, construction, or installation preferred.
  • Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, or subcontractors.
  • Comfortable working in both office and on-site environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Leadership ability in both formal and informal settings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own full lifecycle of commercial relocation and installation projects.
  • Review project scope, timelines, budgets, and contract requirements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation (change orders).
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting systems.
  • Manage project billing to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on service delivery strategies.
