Job description

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000

We’re a profitable, 10-year-old custom software agency operating at the forefront of AI-driven development. As demand accelerates, especially around agentic AI systems, strong project management is critical to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to support delivery across client engagements by driving

execution, maintaining clarity, and ensuring projects stay on track. This is a hands-on

individual contributor role focused on managing timelines, budgets, and client communication

across multiple projects.

You’ll report to and be managed by the PM Manager, working closely with engineering, clients,

and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Why This Role

Execution is the job.

You are responsible for keeping projects moving. On time, on budget, and aligned with

expectations.

AI is changing delivery.

You’ll work on projects involving agent workflows, evolving requirements, and non-linear

development cycles.

You bring structure to complexity.

You help translate ambiguity into clear plans, priorities, and progress.

You’re part of a strong delivery team.

You’ll operate within an EOS-driven environment with clear processes, support, and

expectations.

You’ll be supported and guided.

You’ll work under a PM Manager who provides clear expectations, structure, and feedback to

help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Project Delivery

● Manage multiple client projects end-to-end

● Track and maintain project timelines, budgets, and overall health

● Ensure delivery stays aligned with scope, expectations, and constraints

● Identify risks early and escalate when needed

Time & Budget Management

● Track project hours, burn rates, and utilization

● Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with delivery expectations

● Flag risks to timeline or margin early and clearly

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting across projects

Roadmap & Requirements Management

● Manage and maintain project roadmaps, priorities, and requirements

● Ensure work is clearly defined, scoped, and ready for execution

● Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into actionable work

● Adapt plans as project needs evolve—especially in AI-driven environments

Client Experience

● Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during delivery

● Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication

● Ensure expectations are aligned and updated throughout the project lifecycle

● Support strong client satisfaction and long-term relationships

Cross-Functional Coordination

● Work closely with engineering to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines

● Coordinate across stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently

● Ensure smooth handoffs and communication across teams

You Are...

● A highly organized project manager who thrives in execution-focused roles

● Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel

● Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and accountability

● A clear and proactive communicator with clients and internal teams

● Able to bring structure to evolving and sometimes ambiguous requirements

● Comfortable working in fast-paced, technically complex environments

● Calm and dependable under pressure. You keep things moving when others can’t

You Embody Our Core Values

● Get to Done – We focus on customer outcomes and execute intentionally

● Nurturing – We lead with empathy for our team and our clients

● Adaptable – We bring a growth mindset and embrace change

● Resourceful – We are solution-oriented, self-sufficient, proactive, and self-aware

You Have...

● 3+ years of experience in project management within:

  • Professional services
  • Consulting
  • Custom software or digital product development

● Experience managing timelines, budgets, and client communication

● Strong organizational and prioritization skills

● Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.)

● Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery methodologies

● Comfort working in environments where requirements evolve over time

● Experience working on AI, automation, or technical projects (preferred)

What Sets You Apart

● You bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving projects

● You proactively identify risks and address them early

● You communicate clearly and consistently both internally and externally

● You are comfortable adapting plans as projects evolve

● You focus on outcomes, not just activity

Your First 90 Days

Month 1

● Learn active projects, delivery processes, and team structure

● Build relationships with internal teams and clients

● Begin supporting project tracking and communication

Month 2

● Take ownership of multiple projects

● Manage timelines, budgets, and client communication independently

● Identify and escalate risks early

Month 3

● Consistently manage projects end-to-end

● Maintain strong delivery execution across timelines and budgets

● Support high client satisfaction across engagements
