What this job involves:

As a Relocation Project Manager at JLL, you'll serve as the central coordinator for all move, add, and change activities across the Dell Technologies account. You'll oversee the end-to-end process from initial work order intake through final close-out, managing the complex orchestration of vendors, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications. This position calls for someone who can balance operational precision with relationship building-you'll be the trusted single point of contact for relocation and reconfiguration projects, ensuring seamless execution while upholding both JLL and client standards. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients by embracing more innovative ways of working, and this role puts you at the center of creating smooth, well-managed workplace transitions. You'll collaborate closely with facilities teams, project managers, construction crews, and client stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Your ability to anticipate issues, communicate proactively, and deliver exceptional service will directly influence how employees experience their workspace changes. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage the Corrigo work order system from initial approval through complete close-out, ensuring accurate tracking of all move-related activities

  • Coordinate and oversee JLL on-site third-party vendors, managing relationships and ensuring quality delivery

  • Review, revise, reconcile, and verify invoices within accounting timeframes to maintain financial accuracy

  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and updates to clients regarding scope, schedule, and budget performance

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all relocation and reconfiguration project activities, providing clear communication across stakeholder groups

  • Facilitate and document project meetings with internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines

  • Develop and implement detailed relocation and reconfiguration project plans in collaboration with Facilities, Project Management, and Construction teams

  • Procure and manage move labor resources, including managing RFP processes, evaluating bids, and making vendor recommendations

  • Maintain occupancy data in ARCHIBUS or other CAFM systems to support space planning and reporting requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically related to relocations, reconfigurations, or facilities moves

  • Proficiency in Corrigo and CAFM systems such as PlanOn or ARCHIBUS

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and create detailed financial reports

  • Strong Microsoft Project skills for developing and managing project schedules

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience coordinating vendors and third-party service providers

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field

  • PMP or other project management certification

  • Previous experience working in a corporate real estate or facilities management environment

  • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ documentation, contract terms, and proposal development

  • Experience with Dell Technologies or other large-scale technology client environments

  • Track record of successfully managing complex moves involving multiple buildings or campuses
