What You'll Be Doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion 
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and project expectations 
  • Coordinating between sales, design, permitting, production, fabrication, and installation teams 
  • Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and installers 
  • Keeping projects organized, moving forward, and on track 
  • Communicating project updates clearly and professionally 
  • Identifying risks early and solving problems proactively 
  • Monitoring production schedules and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines 
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-through
