Key Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive project plan that comprises the project’s cost, timeline and risks, and determine the expected dates of project milestones and the activities involved in each.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborates and works with engineers, architects, and other personnel related to the project.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timeline through the lifetime of the project.
  • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets is preferred.
